Privacy Policy
How Pixel Online collects, uses, and protects personal information across every product we operate.
Last updated 12 July 2026 · PIXEL ONLINE · ABN 34 297 542 192
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Pixel Online (PIXEL ONLINE, ABN 34 297 542 192) and to each of the following products and their websites (together, the "Services"):
- wSMTP — wsmtp.com
- AdSwn — adswn.com
It also applies to any product we add to our portfolio in the future. The current list is always published at pixelonline.com.au.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the Services and to bill for them:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed) when you create an account on any of our products.
- Billing information — your payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we receive only the card brand, last four digits, and expiry for support purposes.
- Service data — the content and configuration you create inside a product (for example, domains and aliases you set up in wSMTP). This data belongs to you.
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs to keep the Services secure and reliable.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To process payments and send billing receipts and renewal notices.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations in Australia.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your Service data for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Services, and only to the extent needed:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, email delivery, and content delivery services used to operate each product.
- Authorities — where disclosure is required by Australian law.
Some providers store data outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies
The Services use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. Where a product uses analytics, they are privacy-focused and used only to understand aggregate usage — not to track you across other sites.
Data retention
We keep your account and Service data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 90 days, except for billing records we are required to retain under Australian tax law (generally five years).
Security
All traffic to the Services is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
